Yes, when you donate to non profits that are classified with the
IRS as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization and registered as a charity with
the New York State Attorney General's office.
All donations are tax deductible. All individual tax situations are different, so please
check with your tax professional to determine how you may benefit.
You will be given a receipt and a formal letter of thanks with your charity of choice
501(c)3 Federal tax ID number certifying that you have donated your gift.
This letter shows the IRS that you are authorized for a charitable tax deduction.
